Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 3 calendar days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:
A. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
B. Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the desired item.
C. All delivery or courier charges for exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
D. Defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange if reported within 2 calendar days of receipt of the order. Approval is subject to verification by Begami Expeditions and handled on a case-by-case basis.
